Game-only disclaimer: This App is a simulator. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, does not request/store wallet seed phrases or private keys, and does not enable deposits/withdrawals of real Bitcoin or any currency. In-game tokens are virtual, have no real-world value, and cannot be redeemed.
1) What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Bitcoin Mining Simulator : BTC (the “App”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information. The App is provided free and intended for use as-is. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
2) Information we collect
a) Automatically collected
- Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), IP address, app/OS version, device model.
- App events (screens viewed, session length), crash logs, performance metrics.
- Ad events (requests, impressions, clicks) — no precise (GPS) location.
- Push notification token (we don’t read contacts or SMS).
b) Information you provide (optional)
- Account or profile information you choose to share (e.g., name, email, username).
- During login, we may collect your email address, display name (username), profile photo associated with your email account, and a unique UUID (User ID) to identify your account securely.
- Support or feedback messages you send when you contact us.
No precise location: We do not collect or store any precise (GPS-level) location data.

- Improve & fix performance (analytics, crash diagnostics).

6) Ads, analytics & your choices
- Ad personalization: May use your Advertising ID + usage data (depending on region/device settings).
- Opt-out / reset Ad ID: Android Settings → Google/Privacy → Reset advertising ID and/or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Consent controls: If shown, accept/decline personalized ads; change later via in-app consent or device settings.
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve stability and gameplay.
7) Permissions we may request
POST_NOTIFICATIONS(Android 13+) — opt-in push notifications.
We do not request contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, or precise location.
8) Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, email Drinvest.official@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9) Data retention & deletion
- We keep user-provided data only as long as necessary, then delete or de-identify it.
- Request deletion by emailing Drinvest.official@gmail.com (we’ll respond in a reasonable time).
- Crash/analytics logs follow each SDK’s standard retention windows.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) International transfers
Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. We apply measures required by law to protect data during transfers.
12) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection/opt-out, and portability.
- EU/EEA (GDPR): Access/erasure/rectification; restrict/object; withdraw consent (doesn’t affect prior lawful processing).
- California (CCPA/CPRA): Request disclosure/deletion; opt-out of “sale”/certain “sharing” (use device ad settings & in-app consent if available).
- India (DPDP): Correction, completion, erasure; withdraw consent where applicable.

13) Financial / investment disclaimer
- The App is a game/simulator for entertainment.
- No real mining, staking, or earning of cryptocurrency occurs.
- No financial advice; we are not a broker, exchange, or wallet.
- In-game items/tokens have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed/exchanged/withdrawn.
14) Opt-out & uninstall
You can stop data collection by uninstalling the App. You can also limit analytics/ads as described above.
15) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post updates in-app or on this page and update the “Effective” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
